High build anticorrosive black paint based on selected grade of bitumen, phenolic resin and inert fillers. It forms a tough, flexible, impermeable, rust preventive film.

Used in back of insulation, cofferdam, domestic/ballast water tank, barrage gates, penstocks, coal bunkers, pipelines, structures inside chemical factories, underframes of Railway coaches, lorries, marine installation, concrete jetties, pilings etc.

Blast clean to Sa 2½ grade. OR full use of mechanical tools along with manual cleaning and wire brushing to remove oil and grease with suitable detergent solution and allow it to dry.

APPLICATION DATA :
1. Use only where temp is above 10º C and apply only on dry and clean surface.
2 Stir well before and during painting.

1. Keep the material away from heat, spark, and direct flame.
2. In case of contamination, rinse with fresh running water and seek medical help at once.
3. Provide sufficient ventilation when working with solvent based coatings in confined spaces and stagnant air.
4. Follow local and national Safety rules.

1. Thinner consumption and loss factor in practical coverage of paint depend upon the site condition.
Avoid inhalation of solvent vapor or paint mist by using facial mask. Use hand gloves and goggles to protect against direct contact of liquid paint with skin and eyes.
