It is a fast drying anticorrosive primer for submerged and non submerged areas, based on specially fortified Bitumin and pigmented with special type of extenders and Aluminium pigment. It has good water & moisture resistant properties.

For protection of structural steel in severe corrosive and marine environment, either submerged or non submerged areas, ship hulls from bottom, topside and superstructure. It is also suitable for cathodic protected surface.

Surface must be free from any contamination prior to painting. Remove oil, grease, dust, loose paint and any other foriegn matters. Clean by wire brushes either mechanical or manual, emery papers, hammers etc.

As per recommended coating system.

APPLICATION DATA :
1. Use only where temp is above 10º C and apply only on dry and clean surface.
2. Stir well before and during painting.

• Keep the material away from heat, spark, and direct flame.
• In case of contamination, rinse with fresh running water and seek medical help at once.
• Provide sufficient ventilation when working with solvent based coatings in confined spaces and stagnant air.
• Follow local and national Safety rules.

• Thinner consumption and loss factor in practical coverage of paint depend upon the site condition.
• Avoid inhalation of solvent vapor or paint mist by using facial mask. Use hand gloves and goggles to protect against direct contact of liquid paint with skin and eyes.
