It is a two pack polyamidoamine cured fortified epoxy high build mastic surface tolerant epoxy coating specially designed for application on manually cleaned steel/concrete surface and suitable for tightly adhering aged coatings.

For protection of all types of metal and machinery surfaces under varied conditions. Can be applied on manually cleaned steel when/where abrasive blasting is impossible.

Blast clean to Sa 2½ grade. OR full use of mechanical tools along with manual cleaning and wire brushing to remove oil and grease with suitable detergent solution and allow it to dry.

Epoxy & Poly urethane coatings.

• Apply only on dry and clean surface above 10º C (above dew point).
• May be recommended in other film thickness than indicated depending upon the purpose and area of use.
• Induction period of 30 min is recommended.

• In case of contamination, rinse with fresh running water and seek medical help at once.
• Provide sufficient ventilation when working with solvent based coatings in confined spaces and stagnant air.
• Follow local and national Safety rules.
