| SURFACE PREPARATION |
Blast clean to Sa 2½ grade. OR full use of mechanical tools along with manual cleaning and wire brushing to remove oil and grease with suitable detergent solution and allow it to dry. |

| REMARKS |
1. Apply when humidity is above 50% & temperature in between 0 to 40º C.
2. Do not exceed dry film thickness 75 microns to avoid "mud cracking"
3. Store in a cool place. Storage life will be reduced above 30oC
4. The paint is supplied in two containers BASE& CA. BASE is the binder and CA is Zinc powder. Mix BASE undermechanical stirrer slowly and add Zinc Powder slowly to form a homogeneous mixture. Filter through a 80/100 mesh sieve before application.
5. Stir well continuously at the time of painting.

2. In case of contamination, rinse with fresh running water and seek medical help at once.
3. Provide sufficient ventilation when working with solvent based coatings in confined spaces and stagnant air.
