| SURFACE PREPARATION |
Sand blasting to Sa 2 ½ is must with a profile of 25-50 microns. |
| SUBSEQUENT COAT |
As per recommended coating system |
| REMARKS |
• Apply when humidity is above 50% & temperature in between 0 to 40º C.
• Do not exceed dry film thickness 75 microns to avoid "mud cracking"
• Store in a cool place. Storage life will be reduced above 30º C
• The paint is supplied in two containers BASE& CA. BASE is the binder and CA is Zinc powder. Mix BASE undermechanical stirrer slowly and add Zinc Powder slowly to form a homogenious mixture. Filter through a 80/100 mesh sieve before application.
• 5. Stir well cintinously at the time of painting.
